Ingredients
- 250g macaroni
- 300g potatoes cubed
- 150g Gruyère, cream, onion
- Applesauce to serve (classic!)
Steps
- Cook potatoes + pasta together in salted water.
- Fry onion rings crispy.
- Drain, mix with cream & cheese.
- Top onion rings, serve with applesauce.
